Day 4 post op ( including date of surgery)

Hello Hello. We are day 4 post op including the day of surgery. I am down 20 lbs.. 20 EFFIN POUNDS can you believe it? I had to step off and on the scale a few times before I believed it. Then I cried... yes.. cried...Im gonna take a deep breath and share why...  When I saw Dr Ben Tanner at Norton Surgical Associates at Norton Weight Management, I weighed 246. A number that makes me shudder. When I weighed myself this morning, the scale said 226. I havent seen that number since my daughter was concieved in 2004. I am super happy. My life is moving in the right direction. I know that the weight isnt gonna come off extraordinarily fast.  The liquid diet has not been that bad... Weight loss has been great.. SO.. I shall post again soon.
